Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We sell digital products, including ebooks, travel guides, itineraries, templates, and other downloadable content. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital Product Delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through a download link, email, or customer account access, depending on the product purchased.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download or access link, please contact us at shop@distantborders.com and we will be happy to help.

Download or Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download, cannot access your file, or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us at shop@distantborders.com as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement link, correct file, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

As our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Not using the product
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Digital products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or delivered

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases or proven technical issues that we are unable to resolve.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, digital products may be exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once you have agreed to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel after access or download begins.

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you understand and agree that your order cannot be returned or cancelled once the digital content has been delivered.
